Izo Announces the Winners of the 2024 BCX Stamps

Apple (Chile) is crowned the “Best Company in Ibero-America” with an exceptional IAE (Annual Experience Index) of 142%. This award underscores Apple's strong commitment to customer satisfaction and its ability to provide extraordinary experiences at every touchpoint.

BCX 2024 Winners
In Peru, AFP Habitat has won the award for “Best Country Sector” for the sixth consecutive year in the AFP category, consolidating its leadership in customer experience in this sector. In addition, WIN is awarded the BCX Seal for “Best Telcos Sector” and “Best Telcos Internet Sector”. Wong is recognized as “Best Supermarket Sector” in Peru.
In the telecommunications sector, Entel (Chile) won the award for “Best Sector in Country Telcos Chile” and Netlife (Ecuador) is positioned as “Best Sector in the Telcos Ecuador Country”.
In the Banking category, Guayaquil Bank (Ecuador) is awarded “Best Sector in Country Banking Ecuador” and Interbank (Peru) as “Best Sector in Country Banking Peru”.
Quavii - Promigas (Peru) has also been recognized, in this case for the first time, thanks to its excellence in customer experience.
As another aspect to highlight this year, there was a Technical tie in the category “Best Mobile Telcos Sector in Peru” between Glade and Entel, a fact that has only occurred once in the more than ten years of the study's history. This fact shows the high competitiveness and commitment to excellence in the Peruvian telecommunications sector. This unusual result underlines the precision of the BCX Study methodology and the growing maturity of the Peruvian market in the field of customer experience.
