BBVA España, one of the leading banking groups in Spain with a significant market share, partnered with Izo to carry out a profound transformation in the employee experience. Recognizing the critical importance of employee satisfaction and commitment to business success, BBVA España committed itself to diagnosing and improving the employee's voice in its sales network.
The first step was to carry out an exhaustive diagnosis of the employee's voice in BBVA España's commercial network. This involved involving a total of 107 employees in interviews and focus groups, where valuable information was collected about their experiences, challenges and needs in their working day. This process made it possible to identify areas of opportunity and design specific solutions to improve the employee experience.
Based on the findings of the diagnosis, BBVA España and Izo developed an Assessment and an Employee Journey to visualize and understand the employee's full experience in the organization. These tools provided a detailed view of critical points in the employee lifecycle, from hiring to leaving, allowing key areas for improvement to be identified.
With the data in hand, BBVA España and Izo concluded the project with the implementation of new lines of action and best practices to improve the employee experience. These initiatives were designed to address identified problems and strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
