The first step was to carry out a detailed analysis of the Customer Experience Blueprint at Hinojosa Packaging Xàtiva. This process made it possible to identify key touchpoints and areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience at all stages of their interaction with the company.
Based on the findings of the analysis, Hinojosa Packaging Xàtiva and Izo worked together to implement Emotional Interaction Design.
