Social Networks are already an important part of the life of both users and companies, but this has not always been the case. At IZO, thanks to the time we have been working with these new channels, we have observed the evolution of the presence of different sectors in LATAM from 2010 to 2012. For this study we will focus on the banking sector in countries such as Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador. Taking into account 29 banking institutions, to define what has been the behavior of users and the evolution of the banks themselves in these new social channels.
